Ashen Hour is a smooth Peruvian decaf coffee from Piura and Amazonas, layered with notes of caramel, gentle citrus, and balanced sweetness. Grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino at elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters, this high-grown coffee brings together Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties cultivated in clay-rich soils.

The coffee is fully washed, sun-dried, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, helping preserve its natural sweetness, aroma, and character while removing the caffeine. In the cup, soft caramel warmth settles first, followed by a subtle citrus brightness and a clean, balanced finish that lingers without becoming heavy.

Ashen Hour is quiet without being dull, smooth without losing depth, and refined enough to stand on its own. It is a decaf made for the hours when the world begins to dim, but the ritual still calls.
