Cinder Nocturne is a rich Honduran medium-dark roast coffee from Marcala, La Paz, with layered notes of caramel, warm spice, and brown sugar. Grown by members of Café Organics Marcala at elevations of 1,300–1,700 meters, this high-grown Honduran coffee brings together Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties for a cup with depth, sweetness, and a slow-burning finish.

The beans are fully washed and sun-dried, helping preserve clarity and balance while allowing the darker roast to draw out deeper caramelized character. In the cup, brown sugar sweetness settles first, followed by warm spice and a lingering caramel finish that grows richer as the coffee cools.

Full-bodied without becoming harsh, Cinder Nocturne carries the warmth of the highlands into a darker, more smoldering roast profile. It is smooth, substantial, and built for those who prefer their coffee with a little more shadow.
