Brewing Method
Use 2.5 g of loose leaf tea per 12 oz of water. Heat water to 195°F and steep for 5–10 minutes. Adjust the steeping time to taste: shorter steeps create a lighter, brighter cup, while longer steeps bring forward more body, malt, and bergamot intensity.
