Roast: Medium
Andean Ember is a Colombian medium roast coffee from Medellín, Antioquia, with notes of dried orange, ripe berry, and dark chocolate unfolding through a smooth, balanced cup. Grown by smallholder farmers at elevations of 1,300–1,500 meters in volcanic loam, this high-grown Colombian coffee brings together Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties for a profile shaped by altitude, earth, and fire.
The beans are fully washed and carefully dried in solar dryers, preserving clarity, sweetness, and structure while guarding the harvest from rain. In the cup, bright citrus appears first, fleeting as candlelight in a darkened room, followed by ripe berry sweetness and a slow descent into deeper chocolate notes that linger like smoke after the flame has gone.
Andean Ember is lively without becoming sharp, rich without becoming heavy, and refined without losing its edge. It is a medium roast built on contrast—brightness against shadow, sweetness against depth, warmth against the quiet darkness beneath it.
Made for the first cup before dawn, the last cup before silence, and every ritual in between.
Born high in the Andes. Tempered by fire. Made for the shadows.
